The Flexform philosophy: «The Private Life of Objects»
For over 60 years Flexform, a family business from the Brianza furniture district in northern Italy, has been creating upholstered furniture where comfort comes first while the design stays elegant and contemporary. The brand’s philosophy is embodied in the concept of «The Private Life of Objects» , which invites you to see furniture not merely as functional objects but as silent witnesses to everyday life that hold memories and emotions.
This deep understanding of the bond between people and interior objects lies at the heart of every Flexform piece. Hence the special attention to tactile sensations, ergonomics and the durability of materials.
Flexform collections 2026: Art and innovation
The new Flexform 2026 collection, presented at Milan Design Week, was created in collaboration with designers such as Antonio Citterio, Patrick Norguet, Fumie Shibata, as well as new partners Sebastian Herkner and Monica Armani. The collections demonstrate a perfect blend of manufacturing tradition and contemporary design.
The Quincy sofa (design by Antonio Citterio)
Organic forms and flowing curves, austerity and softness in a single piece. Generous volumes and clean lines create a natural balance — Quincy becomes not just a sofa but a link between conversations and pauses throughout the day.
The Margherì collection (design by Monica Armani)
An outdoor collection in the spirit of the Belle Époque. A curved steel structure with rope trim, soft cushions for dolce far niente. Sectional sofas, loungers and armchairs to create cosy relaxation areas outdoors.
Flexform leather and fabrics: Perfection in every detail
Flexform uses only premium Italian leather and hard-wearing natural fabrics that meet the highest quality standards. Attention to detail and the quality of the upholstery underline Flexform’s ability to turn comfort into a cultural gesture — a way of life that puts the relationship between people and objects first.
Removable covers and the option of personalisation make it easy to refresh the interior and keep the furniture in perfect condition.
Flexform modular systems
Flexform’s build-your-own sofas offer limitless possibilities for creating the perfect space. Modular systems adapt easily to any room size and interior style, letting you create unique L-, U- and island configurations without fixings.
The new collections also include improved ergonomics, adjustable headrests and modular systems that adapt the furniture to any room size and configuration.
